Staying Hydrated and Protecting Your Skin During the Summer

We all know how easy it is to get dehydrated during the hot Summer days.  You need to keep track of the amount of water you take in to your body each day so you will be able to stay hydrated.

A good way to measure the right amount of water for you to drink is to take your body weight and divide it by two.  The number you get is how many ounces of water you should be drinking each day to keep a healthy balance of H2O in your system at all times. (more…)
